- Rapid knowledge assimilation capacity
- Knowledge of hardware/software related to personal computers, servers, network equipment, peripherals
- Knowledge of software related to Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, 11, Windows Server);
- Knowledge of software related to database management systems
- Knowledge of programming languages SQL, PYTHON, PHP constitutes an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Knowledge in the field of configuring network equipment on cable and wireless (switch with management, router, access point, media converters, etc.)
- Communication and relationship skills
- Problem-solving skills, perseverance, focus on results
- English language - beginner or medium level
- It is not mandatory to meet cumulatively all technical and software requirements.
- Experience similar to at least 1-3 years and/or different certifications you possess constitute an advantage.

Job Description
This job involves support for IT systems, both hardware and software, and performing various specific tasks in the IT domain.
- Activities will be performed such as installation, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, diagnosis, and remediation for equipment, systems, and software that make up the IT infrastructure of the employer.
- Responsibility for putting into operation, installing, and programming new systems and equipment on schedule.
- Assimilation of new knowledge related to new equipment and software, learning and applying these knowledge in current activity.
- Prepare service reports and reports according to service procedures.
- Perform technical instructions and provide technical assistance to personnel operating equipment or new applications.
- Establish the necessary spare parts and materials for resolving incidents and transmit these to the direct supervisor;
Activities to be performed:
- Installation/configuration/diagnosis/maintenance client and server operating systems; Installation/configuration/diagnosis/maintenance antivirus, office, and specialized software applications;
- Installation/configuration/diagnosis/maintenance network components/peripherals/equipment active and passive;
- Configuration and maintenance of applications and backup equipment;
- Hardware/software maintenance for computers, servers, peripherals.
- Execute structured cabling work (cabling, patch panel installation, rack cabinet installation)
- Installation/configuration/diagnosis/maintenance specialized computer equipment.
