The Role

• Manage your own caseload of RTA, EL and PL matters
• Handle pre-litigated and litigated claims, including Court attendances
• Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and clients
• Prepare documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
• Value claims and conduct settlement negotiations
• Work closely with an established, highly skilled Personal Injury team

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Personal Injury (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Proven billing history and experience with high-value claims
• Strong knowledge of CFAs and the MOJ portal
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
• Proactive, professional and commercially aware
• Competent in IT and case management systems
