Personal Assistant / Care Assistant (Ref 008383)

Zara is 14 and looking for a confident, calm, and reliable PA to support her at home and out in the community. She loves animals, fashion, make believe, Roblox, Pokémon Go, McDonald’s and pizza! The role will include supporting Zara in the kitchen, helping her prepare meals, encouraging safe play and activities, supporting her emotions, and getting out and about to do the things she enjoys.

Schedule Options (choose one):

1. Option 1: Thursday & Friday, 3:15–6:15pm + Saturday, 10am–4pm
2. Option 2: Saturday & Sunday, 10am–4pm

About You:

1. Confident and self-assured (Zara can be very direct due to her disability, so confidence is key).
2. Calm and patient in emotional situations.
3. Enjoys being outdoors and active.
4. Experience with teenagers who have autism, ADHD, or moderate learning disabilities is ideal.

We’re looking for someone who can be both supportive and fun, helping Zara feel confident while joining her in the activities she loves.
