Tasks

• Recruiting: You find and win the right specialists and support staff
• Disposition: You plan, steer, and supervise deployments – reliably and with an overview
• Customer Service: You maintain relationships, recognize potential, and advise professionally
• Organization: You keep processes, contracts, and workflows under control
• Making a Difference: You bring in ideas, develop the branch office with the team further

Qualification

• Experience in internal personnel services (Recruiting, Dispo, Customer Service, Onsite etc.)
• Familiarity with AÜG, calculation, matching, and contract management
• Sales strength – with a focus on building lasting relationships, not just cold calling
• Organizational talent, decision-making power, clear communication
• Empathy, team spirit, and a genuine sense for people
• Education or study – or simply lots of experience and the right mindset
