• As a Permit Issuer in Construction, you will perform tasks that arise from the Environmental Act.
• You handle applications for environmental permits, notifications, and information obligations according to the Environmental Act, the decision on building works in living environment (exempted building), the
• Environmental Plan/ Zoning Plan and apply any deviation possibilities, etc.
• You inform and advise stakeholders about the applicable laws and regulations and provide insight into the possible options.
• You maintain contacts with internal and external partners.
• You ensure timely decision-making.
• You ensure the progress and quality of the permit.
• A part of your tasks will consist of administrative tasks, such as responding to incoming letters, questions or providing a contribution to handling appeals.
• You actively think about improving and making the service delivery more efficient.
