WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and online portals
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, lead times, and pricing details
- Coordinate with production and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Internal sales with provide quotes as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven customer service experience ideally within manufacturing
- Familiarity with SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven stable career history
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to everyday tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team
