Performance Video Editor / Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

The Visgenix GbR is a growing IT company with a focus on scalable systems, SaaS solutions, and digital infrastructure. Sales are not generated through image – but through performance. Exactly for that, this role is being built.

No classical videographer is being sought.
A operator for paid advertising is being sought.

Tasks

• Production of High-Performance Ads for Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms
• Development of Hook Variants (0–3 seconds decides on success)
• Creation of Creatives
• Implementation of UGC-, Motion-, and Hybrid-Ads
• Faster cutting with clear structure (Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA)
• Use of Kinetic Typography, Overlays, Zooms, Pattern Interrupts
• Iteration of existing Ads based on performance data
• Close cooperation with Marketing and Sales

Qualification

• Proven experience in the field of Performance Ads (TikTok / Meta)
• Safe handling of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable
• Ability to implement fast, aggressive cuts (no cinematic work)
• Understanding of Hook mechanisms and Retention
• Experience with subtitles, Bold-Captions, and visual triggers
• Thinking in key figures (CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time)
• Ability to efficiently produce large amounts of content
• Independent, structured working style
