Performance Tester

Note 5 years exp in Jmeter Position Description: Performance Engineering & Testing Services part of the DevTools & Enablement organization is responsible to enable Product Teams within Ford in delivering their software applications meeting Non – Functional requirements. The team helps product teams through robust cloud native AI driven tooling solutions, managing them centrally to ensure optimal use across the enterprise. The team also helps the product teams to identify critical performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance for better user experience. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining automated performance tests using JMeter, identifying and troubleshooting performance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve performance-related problems, and providing recommendations for improving overall system performance.
