Performance Tester

We are in search of an experienced Performance Tester to join our dedicated QA team at Talent Worx. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our applications under various conditions. Your expertise will help ensure that our software meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test cases. Analyze system performance and provide insights into the root causes of performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance testing requirements. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools. Provide performance testing training and support to other team members. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in performance testing. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. Experience with load testing, stress testing, and performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or NeoLoad. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
