Performance Tester

In this role, you will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure that our software performs optimally under different conditions. Your Key Responsibilities: Design and execute performance tests to analyze system stability and identify performance bottlenecks. Develop and maintain performance test plans, test cases, and test data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance improvements. Analyze and report on performance test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain performance testing tools and scripts. Work with the development team to implement performance improvements. Your Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles. Experience with performance testing tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a performance testing role.
