Aufgaben

You will work directly with me (Mia, Founder & Managing Director) together and be a sparring partner on eye level – operationally and strategically.

Social Media Performance Marketing

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of paid social campaigns (mainly Meta, prospectively other platforms)
• Structured budget management, goal definition & KPI tracking
• Monitoring, analysis & understandable evaluation of campaigns
• Drawing clear action recommendations for clients & team

Strategie & Konzepte

• Development of social media strategies, campaign setups & content logics
• Thinking ahead during pitch decks, annual plans and new formats
• Translating brand and communication goals into executable social concepts

• Thinking ahead during processes, structures and scaling
• Supporting at offer, performance and package logics
• Sparring on management level (not just
