Performance Strategist

To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Performance Strategist / Manager who will take full ownership of our paid media and growth marketing machine. Your mission: own performance marketing end-to-end – from strategy to execution – to maximize profitable growth, boost ROAS, and ensure every euro invested delivers measurable business impact. You will: * Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue. * Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and creative optimization. * Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance ROI and efficiency. * Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. * Conduct in-depth market research to identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates. * Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media. * Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. * Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus. * Experience managing and mentoring a team is a plus. * Fluent in English and German is a plus.
