Performance & Social Growth Manager (m/w/d) Full-time, Part-time

You help us turn a beautiful online shop into a scalable business.

We are a growing beauty start-up with a clear vision and an existing online shop. Now it's about visibility, performance, and sustainable scaling.

To achieve this, we're looking for a structured, performance-oriented person who brings together Paid Media, Tracking, and Strategy and is eager to actively shape growth.

Tasks

• Strategic setup, control, and further development of our paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) as well as our social media channels
• Development of a clear performance strategy from testing to scaling
• Setup and optimization of tracking systems (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Events)
• Building transparent reporting structures and KPI dashboards
• Analysis of the customer journey, funnels, and conversion rates
• Planning and implementation of A/B tests (creatives, landing pages, offers)
• Budget planning and performance controlling
• Close coordination with the founding team and the creative department

Qualification

• Experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce
• Safe handling of paid ads and analysis tools
• Understanding of tracking setups and data-driven optimization
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Hands-on mentality and joy in building processes
