Role: E-commerce Marketing Location: Mahadevapura, Whitefield - Bangalore Work Mode: 5 days On-site, Day Shift Experience: 5-7 years Openings : 2 About the role: We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Assistant Manager - E-commerce Marketing to oversee and grow our digital presence across marketplaces and brand websites. You will play a critical role in scaling e-commerce operations, marketing, and driving top-line and bottom-line performance. This is a cross-functional role that demands strong collaboration with various stakeholders, including the sales team, product development, and customer service. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive growth and revenue. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns. • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplaces, suppliers, and partners. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve e-commerce operations.
