As Team Lead Performance Marketing (m/w/d), you will lead the marketing team and support our largest customers.

Tasks
- Mentoring successful brands like HelloFresh, KoRo, and yfood
- Leading the marketing team
- Managing six-figure ad budgets on Meta
- Developing and implementing new marketing strategies
- Planning and conducting A/B tests
Qualification
- At least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Focus on e-commerce
- Ideal experience in an agency, but not necessarily required
- Experience as a team leader is advantageous
- Perfect German language skills
