As Team Lead Performance Marketing (m/w/d), you will lead the marketing team and support our largest customers.

Tasks

• Mentoring successful brands like HelloFresh, KoRo, and yfood
• Leading the marketing team
• Managing six-figure ad budgets on Meta
• Developing and implementing new marketing strategies
• Planning and conducting A/B tests

Qualification

• At least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Focus on e-commerce
• Ideal experience in an agency, but not necessarily required
• Experience as a team leader is advantageous
• Perfect German language skills
