Tasks

In this role, you are directly responsible for our economic success. We are looking for an expert who loves data and understands performance as craftsmanship.

• You design and scale full-funnel campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
• You analyze our KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CLV) daily and make informed decisions about budget allocation.
• You analyze the performance of our ads and give our content team precise briefings on which hooks and visuals we need to maximize conversion rate.
• You ensure that tracking (GTM, Conversion API) runs smoothly, so we don't take any blind flights.
• You conduct systematic A/B tests - from ad copy to landing page optimization.

Qualification

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce Media Buying. You have already managed significant budgets profitably.
• Excel or Google Sheets are your tools. You can translate numbers into action recommendations.
• You work structured and independently. You're solution-oriented and don't shy away from challenges.
