We are looking for a new project for Nightlife Management GmbH in the field of electronic music.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as well as TikTok.
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of the campaigns in terms of performance and budget.
• Development of new ad concepts and creatives based on data and trends.
• Briefing of graphics and videos, as well as independent creation of smaller creatives.
• Support in creating and sending newsletters.
• Observation of current social media and performance marketing trends.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with the Meta Business Manager and ideally the TikTok Ads Manager.
• Understanding of successful performance creatives and data-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Sense for which advertising measures work, as well as the ability to bring in your own ideas.
• Ideal experience with video editing for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Experience with newsletter marketing.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
