Performance Marketing (Marketplace)

Position Summary We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns across leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart (experience with additional marketplaces is a plus). The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep platform expertise, and a data-first approach to driving growth. This role will focus on optimizing ad performance, scaling profitable campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple marketplaces • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing campaign results to optimize ad performance • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, policies, and best practices • Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will have: • 2+ years of experience in E-commerce marketing or a related field • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other leading marketplaces (bonus points for additional marketplace expertise) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
