  • Experimentation & Growth: You will develop and conduct A/B tests across campaigns and websites – here you will formulate hypotheses that you validate based on data to identify potential and continuously improve our performance through structured experiments.

  • You already have several years of experience in a similar position, e.g., Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, etc.
  • You are data-driven and make your decisions based on data.
  • You already have sound practical experience with AI tools, as well as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • You are familiar with SEO, analytics tools like GA4 or HubSpot, and also have initial experience with GEO.

  • You are goal- and solution-oriented and work in a structured manner.
  • You enjoy working independently and are comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C1).

  • Plenty of room for maneuver and real ownership for your projects.
  • A great team that is not only likable but also professional – we support each other.
  • A relaxed atmosphere prevails here. We value openness and look forward to seeing your talents flourish.
  • You will become part of a successful company and can develop personally and professionally.
  • Our office is easily accessible by public transport, and on top of that, we cover the costs for your Vienna Ticket.
