Performance Marketing Manager/in (50 - 100%)

We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing professional who wants to start their career in a modern agency? As a renowned Performance Marketing Agency from Stuttgart, we are seeking ab sofort a/ Performance Marketing Manager/in (50 - 100%), who will strengthen our team and be eager to achieve real results for exciting customer projects.

Aufgaben

• Conducting of First Meetings with clients to determine needs and define goals
• Planning and moderation of Workshops with clients on strategy, target groups, and performance
• Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of Performance Marketing Campaigns(Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Operative implementation and optimization of SEO-, SEA- and Paid-Social-Measures
• Creation of creative content and advertising texts for ads, landing pages, and social media
• Analysis of campaign performance, creation of reports and dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio) as well as derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Orienting and Caring for interns and working students

Qualifikation

• Familiarity with German in writing and speaking
• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication or Advertising – or comparable relevant work experience
• A strong interest in online marketing and current digital trends
• Responsibility as well as a structured, reliable, and flexible working style
• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good English skills are an advantage
