Aufgaben

As our Performance Marketing Manager:in, you are the driving force behind our new customer acquisition. You take over the full responsibility for our paid-performance channels and scale them profitably. Your goal is to bring our mission data-driven and with the help of modern tools to millions of people.

Your tasks in detail:

• Strategy & Scaling: You conceptualize, steer, and scale our performance campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Shopping), and ideally TikTok with a clear focus on new customer acquisition and profitability.
• KI-based Optimization: You are at the forefront and set KI-tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) smartly – from automated ad-copy creation to predictive analyses to fast evaluation of creative tests.
• Systematic Testing: You develop a rigorous A/B-testing roadmap for creatives, target groups, landing pages, and offers to continuously identify new growth drivers.
• Data-Driven Creativity: In close collaboration with our Creative Team, you translate performance data into clear briefings and testable hypotheses for new, successful ad concepts.
• Performance Control: You build informative dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4), monitor all relevant KPIs, manage the budget, and create precise forecasts.
• Market Intelligence: You keep an eye on the market, competitors, and new trends in the D2C and food sector and lead proactive recommendations from them.

Qualification

• You have at least three years of professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in the D2C or e-commerce field.
• You bring very good knowledge of conceiving and steering campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• You are familiar with tracking technologies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) and understand attribution models.
• You have experience using KI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to increase efficiency.
• You have a strong analytical and data-driven working style, as well as a high degree of self-responsibility.
• Idealistically, you already have experience in the TikTok Ads area.
