Performance Marketing Managerin (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Planning, creation and optimization of Performance Campaigns (Meta & Google)
• BUILDING, controlling and scaling of Lead- and Conversion-Funnels
• Development and implementation of Marketing Strategies for our various projects
• Caring and further development of our Social Media Channels
• Creation of Creatives (Image & Video) for Ads and Social Media
• Production of UGC-Content (also in front of the camera)
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and continuous Performance Optimization
• Tight cooperation with management and sales

Qualification

• Experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Sure handling of Social Media Management
• Creative flair for Ad Creatives and Content
• Analytical thinking and KPI-driven work approach
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm to build things up
• No hesitation, standing in front of the camera for UGC-Content
• Ideal experience in the Lead-Gen Field (Healthcare, Recruiting or E-Commerce advantageous)
