Aufgaben

• **Social Ads:**You translate goals into strong Meta- & TikTok-setups and get measurable more revenue or leads out.
• Funnel: You build Full-Funnel-Strategies, test Hooks & Creatives, and lead users from Scroll to Purchase.
• **Skalierung:**You recognize growth levers, increase budgets controlled, hold ROAS & CAC stable – in E-Com like B2B – and have a hankering for international customers.
• **Testing:**You plan clean tests, read significance correctly, and set Winning Ads quickly & document live.
• **AI-Setup:**You use AI for Copy-Variants, target group insights & Automation – less click work, more impact.
• **Attribution:**You connect platform- and GA4-data, think incrementally, and make better budget decisions.
• **Ownership:**You take end-to-end responsibility – from briefing to reporting – reliably and conscientiously.
• **Creative-Strategie:**You bring fresh ideas into Brand-Storytelling and break routines for new awareness impulses.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have several years of experience in Performance Marketing and master Social Ads end-to-end.
• Datenliebe: You feel at ease with KPIs, think in hypotheses, and lead to clear measures from there.
• Ownership: You take responsibility for budgets, timings & goals – and deliver reliably.
