We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager*in (Funnel & Growth), who has the enthusiasm to start in one of the super exciting E-Commerce fields in Germany and is ready to grow faster than anywhere else.

What you'll do at Haferlöwe

You'll grow into the responsibility for customer journeys, from ad to advertorials and offer pages to conversion. You'll learn how performance marketing really works, bring in your own ideas, and develop yourself in an environment that lives tempo and ownership.

We're looking for someone who comes with energy, quickly understands how things fit together, and doesn't wait until someone tells you what to do next.

Tasks

• You'll support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of funnels along the customer journey.
• You'll help with the control of paid-media campaigns with a focus on Meta and Taboola and learn to consistently work on measurable performance.
• You'll bring in your own ideas for ad concepts, hooks, headlines, and creatives and develop a sense for what works.
• You'll work on advertorials, offer pages, and conversion stretches and understand how the individual funnel steps influence each other.
• You'll learn to build clean tracking structures and make decisions based on data.
• You'll document learnings and contribute to turning successful approaches into repeatable processes.

Qualification

• You have first experience in performance marketing or a comparable digital environment and know how paid channels generally work.
• You have first practical experience with Meta Ads and understand the basic logic of campaign control and target group appeal.
  You're familiar with KPIs like ROAS, CPL, or CVR and know what they stand for, even if you don't manage them daily yet.
• You think ahead, ask why, and aren't satisfied when something just runs.
• You learn quickly, work independently, and bring the energy it takes to move things forward in a growing environment.
• Ideal would be first touchpoints with e-commerce, DTC, or a product-related environment.
