Do you want to steer data-driven campaigns as Performance Marketing Manager:in (F/M/*), making brands visible and creating real impact? At amber, you'll work closely with Design, Sales, and Product together, bringing structure to our performance marketing activities and developing scalable processes to further strengthen our brand, qualify leads in our sales funnel, and quintuple our results this year. Aufgaben

• You'll be responsible for strategic and operational steering and further development of our performance marketing activities across all our digital channels
• You'll develop our paid strategy (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn) to increase ROI and lead generation, and actively implement it
• In addition, you'll analyze and take responsibility for new paid channels
• You'll plan cross-channel campaigns for amber, execute them together with the marketing team, and continuously optimize them
• You'll create analyses and performance reports with relevant KPIs to data-based optimization of our marketing measures
• You'll optimize campaigns together with sales specifically targeting our target group to effectively increase lead generation

Qualifikation

• You bring several years of experience in performance marketing in a rapidly growing B2B sector with focus on SaaS, ideally with experience in the international European environment
• You have fundamental knowledge in operational implementation and optimization of digital campaigns on business platforms
• You have a broad understanding of marketing measures from digital campaign management to webinar planning, social media, SEO, GEO, and SEA
• You think analytically and are confident handling KPIs along the entire customer journey
• You're familiar with HubSpot or similar platforms and can quickly integrate into existing workflows and continuously improve them
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and in a binding manner on German and English, and feel comfortable exchanging with different stakeholders
