Performance Marketing Manager

Tasks

• You will be fully responsible for the performance of our most important portfolio companies – including brands from the financial and trading sector.
• You will lead communication and project management – both internally and with the founder teams of our portfolio companies.
• You will conceptualize, create, and scale paid social campaigns (and ideally also search campaigns) on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
• You will create regular performance reports that cover relevant KPIs for your accounts.
• With your analytical strength, you can precisely evaluate campaign data, optimize budgets, and develop strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualification

• Experience: You have already successfully planned, implemented, and optimized paid social (and ideally also search) campaigns with monthly budgets of 5-6 figures.
• Mindset: Growth is your DNA – you think big, act agile, and feel at home in the startup world.
• Passion: Campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn & Co. are your playground – you burn for setting new growth records.
• Growth: You want to not only grow professionally but also personally – and with a team of A-players really give it gas.

General Requirements
Language skills: German and English at least C1 level

• Location: DACH region up to Dubai (anything else would hinder internal communication)
• Availability: Start as soon as possible + no longer planned absences
• Full-time
