QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital Healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctor's offices, and pharmacies for the prescription of medical cannabis. After successfully validating our business model and strong market resonance, we are now entering a decisive next growth phase.

After our first pragmatic technology prototype has proven the Proof of Concept, we are now investing specifically in building a long-term scalable, high-performance, and regulatory compliant platform.

Fokus: Meta, Google Ads, Funnel-Optimierung | D2P / Medical Cannabis

Deine Mission

You are responsible for scalable, efficient patient acquisition through paid media.
In a strongly regulated market (HWG), you steer performance campaigns data-driven along the acquisition funnel – with clear focus on CAC, Conversion, and sustainable efficiency.

What awaits you

• Operative responsibility for paid-media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
• Structuring and optimizing the acquisition funnel: Paid → Landingpage → Conversion
• Ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, copy, and setups
• KPI steering with focus on CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
• Tight collaboration with Growth, Content, Design, Product, and Regulatory
• Handing over qualified users to CRM / Retention along defined funnel logics

Qualifikation

You bring this

• Multiple years of experience in paid performance marketing (SEA/Paid Social)
• Very good understanding of tracking, attribution, and A/B-testing
• Experience in data-driven funnel optimization
• Hands-on mentality, analytical strength, and implementation focus
• Experience in regulated or strongly competitive markets an advantage
• Fluent German
