Performance Marketing Manager (w/m/d)
Job description
We offer you
Clear roles & responsibilities: At our company, everyone knows exactly what they are responsible for. No ping-pong tasks, no spontaneous "Can you do it again just now?" rounds, no constant stress. This ensures focus in your daily work – and allows you to really do your job well from start to finish.
Structured, digital processes instead of paperwork: Our workflows are clearly defined and digital – from the first inquiry to the end result. You don't have to search for notes, wade through file mountains, or constantly improvise, but work with thought-out workflows and modern tools. This leaves more time for content and people.
Small teams instead of open-plan offices: You work in manageable teams where you know each other and can quickly get into a conversation. No loud hall with 50 people and constant background noise, but quiet team rooms with space for focus, short questions, and genuine exchange in between. So you can concentrate on your work – and never feel alone.
Modern office building in the heart of Cottbus: High ceilings, plenty of daylight, plants in the rooms, and a courtyard for breaks in between: Our office building combines character with modern equipment. Right outside the door, you'll find cafes, bakers, restaurants, and plenty of shopping options – perfect for lunch or a short head-clearing walk.
Good transportation links & parking lot around the corner: You can easily get to work by bus or train, on foot or by bike. For those who commute from outside, there are employee parking spaces right nearby. No long search for parking, no stressful arrival – you start your day relaxed.
Possible areas of responsibility
Campaign Management: You plan, create, and optimize paid social and search campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). You keep an eye on the KPIs and steer the budget efficiently.
Creative & Copy Testing: You develop ideas for new ad creatives and write compelling ad copy. You brief the design team or work in Figma yourself to test variants.
Landing Page Optimization: You analyze where users drop off in the funnel, and create hypotheses for improving the conversion rate. You work closely with web designers and developers.
Reporting & Analysis: You create regular reports that don't just show numbers but provide actionable recommendations. You recognize trends early on and respond to them.
Targeting: You build and refine custom audiences and lookalikes. You understand exactly who we want to target and how we can best reach these people.
Market Observation: You see what the competition is doing, and identify new channels or formats that could be exciting for Migrando.
Your Profile
You're at home in Paid Media: Whether it's Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok – you know how to set up, manage, and scale campaigns. The Business Manager is your second living room.
Numbers are your friend: You don't rely on your gut feeling but on data. You can read CTR, CPC, and ROAS not just numbers but interpret them and draw the right conclusions from them.
Creativity meets Structure: You have an eye for strong creatives and know what drives users to click. At the same time, you work structured, keep budgets in mind, and don't get lost in chaos.
Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait until someone tells you what to do. You see potential, create a quick mockup in Figma or write a new ad copy if it needs to happen quickly.
Understanding of the User Journey: You think not just up to the click. You understand what needs to happen on the landing page for an interested party to become a happy customer.
Desire for Responsibility: You trust yourself to manage budgets independently and make decisions. You see yourself as an entrepreneur within the company.
Communication Strength: You can present complex data in a way that even colleagues from other departments understand why Campaign A performed better than Campaign B.
Curiosity and Learning Readiness: The online marketing world is constantly changing. You're eager to try out new trends (like AI in marketing) and continuously develop yourself.
