Performance Marketing Manager (SEO/SEA) in Hof

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for digital demand generation for our B2B business.

Kernfokus (clear prioritized):

• SEO (performance & industry pages, technology, search intention)
• Google Ads / SEA (Search) with focus on spot- & day prices
• ggfs. LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads
• Lead quality instead of lead mass
• Tight connection with Telesales & Sales

You will steer a significant performance marketing budget, including a Google Ads budget in the mid-four-digit range per month, clearly linked to KPIs like lead quality, CPL, and volume potential.

Closing lies with sales – you ensure that the right inquiries arise.

What you specifically implement:

SEO

• Technical optimization of our website
• Bau and further development of performance- and industry-landing pages
• Keyword strategies along real carrier search intentions
• No content spam, no blog self-purpose

SEA / Google Ads

• Concept, steering, and optimization of search campaigns
• Clear performance clusters (e.g., part- or full-loadings, special hauls)
• Safe conversion tracking
• Steering based on lead quality, CPL, and economic efficiency

Qualifikation

• Very good understanding of SEO & Google Ads (Search)
• Experience in B2B lead marketing
• KPI- and funnel-thinking (CPL, lead quality, volume potential)
• Readiness to take responsibility for results
• Clear, structured working style
