Performance Marketing Manager (Focus Paid Social)

Yellowgrape is an e-commerce agency that advances brands like Floris van Bommel, PME Legend, Studio Anneloes, and Ace & Tate with data, technology, and AI – based in Amsterdam with a growing team in Berlin.

You will take responsibility for your own client portfolio and manage social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn – from strategy to optimization. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, develop test ideas, analyze results, and present your insights directly to clients.

This is not a position where you just tick off briefs. You bring your own perspectives, recognize opportunities early, and pass them on internally.

Responsibilities

• Planning, management, and optimization of social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Analysis of campaign results and direct communication of insights with clients
• Development and testing of new ideas – always close to current platform trends
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary client teams
• Advising and inspiring colleagues in the area of social advertising
• Working together with clients on award-worthy cases

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social advertising, ideally on agency side
• In-depth knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn – not just running ads, but truly optimizing
• Experience with GA4, Smartly, and Channable
• Native-level German, fluent English
• Proactive work approach – you recognize opportunities and can convince others of your ideas
• University degree or comparable level of thinking and working
