Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Lower Parel Mumbai, India Experience: 4 Years in Performance marketing and scaling up consumer focused brands (do not want ed tech and app downloads related) Reporting To: Co Founder & Chief Marketing Officer Team Size Handling: 3-4 team members Position Summary: As the Performance Marketing Lead, you are charged with crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue through performance ads. This role demands a creative visionary who coordinates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive real results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) • Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals • Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize and improve ROI • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing • Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure successful project execution.
