As our Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Social, you are the driving force behind our growth. You take full responsibility for our paid social media campaigns and turn our budget into measurable results. You live for data, optimize relentlessly, and always keep ROI in mind.

What to expect – Your Tasks:

• Strategy & Implementation: You develop and steer our Paid-Social-Strategy on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Taboola, and LinkedIn.
• Campaign Management: You conceptualize, create, and optimize campaigns along the entire funnel – from Awareness to Conversion.
• Budget Responsibility: You manage your budget independently and efficiently with the clear goal of achieving the maximum ROI.
• Analysis & Reporting: You monitor all relevant KPIs, create insightful reports, and lead concrete recommendations based on them.
• Testing & Scaling: You have an A/B-Testing mindset. You test systematically creatives, target groups, and ad copy to identify and scale our winning campaigns.
• Tight Collaboration: You work hand in hand with our Content Team to identify the best organic content and maximize its reach through paid advertising.

Your Profile

• Experience: You have proven success in managing paid social campaigns, ideally in a startup or dynamic agency.
• Platform Expert: The Ads Manager of Meta is your home. Terms like CAPI, Custom Audiences, and Value-Based-Bidding are second nature to you.
• Analytical Understanding: Data is your passion. You make decisions not based on gut feeling, but on hard facts.
• Hands-on Mentality: You are proactive, organized, and love taking responsibility. In a dynamic environment, you truly thrive. You are flexible, adaptable, and eager to shape processes
• Efficiency: You work quickly, structured, and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
