Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Media (w/m/d)

Quick Green is a digital platform that brings together patients, doctors, and pharmacies for medical cannabis prescriptions. We are a brand of Rapid Health GmbH – 13 people, functioning model, clear growth course.

Our first marketing team member has started building the foundation. Now comes CRM, a marketing leadership - and you. As the fourth person in the emerging marketing team, you'll take full ownership of Paid Media from day one.

Tasks

Your Mission

You are responsible for patient acquisition through all paid channels - from Meta to Google Ads, TikTok, and Reddit. In a strongly regulated market (HWG), you'll steer campaigns data-driven, think in funnels, and have real design freedom: You test, iterate, and decide.

What you'll do specifically:

• You plan, manage, and optimize Paid Media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels
• You analyze the acquisition funnel from the first touchpoint to conversion and lead data-based measures
• You continuously test creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign setups
• You define and track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate – and make real decisions based on them
• You hand over qualified users to CRM & Retention and work closely with SEO, Product, and Strategy

Qualification

What you bring:

• Multiple years of experience in Paid Performance Marketing - you know the platforms, not just the theory
• Understanding of tracking and a sense for good creatives
• Experience in data-driven funnel optimization
• Comfort in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Fluent German negotiation skills

Experience in regulated or competitive markets is a plus - not a must.
