Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads) (m/w/d) Full-time

We are looking for a result-oriented professional who steers and scales our growth through Paid Advertising Channels. At the Planerfolg GmbH, we are seeking someone who has specialized in managing ad budgets and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Your role is central to our company's success and requires deep operational knowledge, not just theoretical understanding.

Aufgaben

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution (Google Ads): You conceptualize, build on, and optimize continuous campaigns in Google Search, Display, and YouTube. You focus on bidding strategies (e.g., tROAS/tCPA), keyword management, and increasing quality scores.
• Strategy & Execution (Meta Ads): You develop and manage full-funnel campaigns (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) in Meta platforms. You operate intense A/B testing of creatives, copy, and target groups (Lookalikes, Custom Audiences).
• Performance Tracking: You ensure exact tracking using Google Tag Manager and Conversion API (CAPI). You regularly test campaign data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to derive solid optimization measures.
• Reporting: You provide a transparent and data-driven reporting of key metrics (CPA, ROAS, MQLs/SQLs) to the management team.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Expertise: You bring operational experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and Google Ads. You have demonstrated success in managing and scaling significant monthly budgets.
• Analytical skills: You have a strong, data-driven mindset. You are able to interpret complex datasets and derive clear action guidelines from them.
• Technical setup: You possess fundamental knowledge of GTM, GA4, and the implementation/management of tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, CAPI).
• Communication: You can clearly communicate complex issues and brief internal stakeholders (e.g., Design, Content) professionally.
