🎨 Your Tasks

• 📩 Planning, implementation & optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• 🐍 Conceptualization & steering of Google Ads
• 🖦 Building & optimizing of Lead-Funnels
• 📩 Campaigns for:
• Mitarbeitergewinnung (Recruiting)
• Kundengewinnung (Leads)
• 🎨 Target group analysis & offer positioning
• Ⓠ KPI-Tracking & Reporting (CPL, CPA, Conversion Rates)
• 🖦 Close cooperation with the Content Team (Reels, TikTok, Creatives)
• 📩 Building scalable campaign structures (Agency Setup)

Qualification

🎨 You bring this with you

• ✔ Several years of experience in Performance Marketing
• ✔ Very good knowledge of Meta Business Manager
• ✔ Experience with Google Ads
• 🖦 Funnel- & Conversion-thinking
• Ⓠ Number affinity & result-oriented thinking
• 🐍 Structured, self-responsible work style

✤ Nice to have (not a must)

• ✔ Experience in Recruiting Marketing
• 🖦 Agency- or scaling experience
• ✈ CRM- & Funnel-Tools
• 🐍 Experience with service providers, SMEs or law firms
