Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Paid Media Management: Autonomous control, optimization, and continuous scaling of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Structured Testing: Conceptualization, setup, and evaluation of systematic performance tests for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Shopify Performance: Co-ownership for the sales-oriented performance of the Shopify store.
• Agile Implementation in the Team: Close cooperation with the core team to quickly implement high-performing campaign projects.

Qualifikation

• Experience: Funded professional experience in operational performance marketing, ideally in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce environments.
• Platform Knowledge: Secure and deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem as well as common ad managers (including Meta Ads and Google Ads).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on CLV. You make data-based decisions and love to iteratively improve campaign setups.
• Work Style: An extremely implementation-oriented, test-driven work style and enthusiasm for a dynamic environment.
