We are elvent – a Direct-to-Costumer brand for high-quality Outdoor products for families, developed for unforgettable experiences in everyday life and on travel.

In addition to elvent, you will also be responsible for Flowers & Me, a rapidly growing DIY-Deko brand that connects creativity and home aesthetics in a unique way.

Both brands are growing strongly in E-Commerce and Social Media – and you will play a crucial role in developing performance campaigns data-driven and creatively.

Our office is located in Spaichingen. The position can be worked 100% remotely. If you're nearby, we'd love to see you at the office sometime.

The position is to be filled as of March 1st, 2026.

Aufgaben

As Performance Marketer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the paid growth channels for elvent and Flowers & Me. You will steer performance and ensure that Creatives, Tracking, and processes are measurable better.

• You will take over the overall responsibility for Meta & Google Ads – from strategy, structure, and setup to daily optimization
• You will develop and steer Performance-Funnel-Structures (Prospecting, Retargeting, Retention) including clear testing logic
• You will plan and monitor Budgets, Goals, and Pacing (ROAS, MER, CAC) and report performance regularly with clear next steps
• You will build a Creative-Testing-System on: Hook/Angle-Ideas, Test-Setups, Evaluation, Iterations, and Scaling (
