Aufgaben

As Performance Marketing Manager at Red Online Marketing, you will be responsible for your own portfolio with approximately 10 exciting customers from the tourism industry. From tour operators over holiday parks to leisure and wildlife parks as well as tourist regions, you will accompany your customers strategically in achieving their marketing goals.

Your working day:

You are not only a consultant:in, but also actively involved in operational tasks. You develop and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and TikTok Ads. While you work closely with our specialists from the fields of SEO, CRO, Social Media, and E-Mail-Marketing, as many of our customers use multiple of our services.

The special thing: Red Online Marketing is internationally established. With locations in Utrecht (our headquarters), Cologne, and Lille, you will work daily with French and German colleagues together. Our internal working language is English, so you bring your language skills into play every day and develop them further.

Qualification

You bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
• You are an expert for Google Ads and Meta Ads, and you also have proven experience with Microsoft Advertising and TikTok Ads
• Experience in strategic consulting for customers
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with a creative, result-oriented approach
• Experience and interest in the travel and leisure industry (advantageous)
• Degree or completed training with a focus on marketing or economics
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Clear communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to set priorities
• Responsibility and contribution to a positive, professional work atmosphere
