Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

OKM Detectors is a leading global manufacturer of professional metal detectors, 3D ground scanners, and geophysical measurement systems. Our products are used in over 60 countries – from archaeology to construction, security, and government applications.

To scale our international growth, we're looking for you as Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) with a strong focus on measurable results, clean funnel structures, and data-driven optimization.

Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of performance-marketing-campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, possibly YouTube, Bing, TikTok) – this is explicitly not about managing external agencies
• Responsibility for lead generation & conversion optimization along the entire funnel
• Steering and further development of landing pages, tracking & attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM connection)
• Analysis, prioritization, and implementation of SEO measures for sustainable growth in visibility, organic traffic, and qualified leads – in close coordination with content and website structure.
• Budget responsibility including ROAS-, CPL- and CAC-optimization
• Tight cooperation with Sales, Product Management, and Executive Management
• Building and maintaining a clean KPI reporting including dashboards
• Testing & scaling new channels, formats, and markets

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing
• Very good understanding of Paid Ads, Conversion Tracking & Web Analytics
• Data-driven work approach with a clear focus on results
• Experience with international campaigns and multilingual target groups an advantage
• Structured, self-responsible work approach
• Very good German and English skills
