We have previously run our performance marketing through external agencies. Now we're bringing it in-house – and for that, we're looking for you. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our paid campaigns from A to Z: You decide where our budget has the greatest impact, test, optimize, and build our in-house marketing with. At our company, you are not just a cog in the machine, but part of a family-like, dynamic team that quickly implements.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• You plan, build, and steer our paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and as needed Google Ads
• You are responsible for the media budget and continuously optimize based on ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs
• You develop targeting-, bidding-, and testing-strategies (A/B-tests of creatives, target groups, placements)
• You ensure clean conversion tracking (pixel, conversion-API) and keep your numbers in the reporting in sight
• You work hand in hand with our content- and design-team and give data-based feedback on which reels and creatives perform
• You bring in your own ideas to continuously improve our freshly built in-house marketing

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Multiple years of experience in media buying / performance marketing – whether in-house or through an agency
• Familiarity with the Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• A solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign metrics
• Analytical, data-driven working style – and yet a sense for which creatives pull
• Eigenständigkeit and enthusiasm for building something from scratch
• Very good German language skills
