Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Munich

Cyrus Digital is one of the leading boutique agencies for performance marketing in e-commerce. We manage high-growth D2C brands such as PHC Beauty, Freiluftkind, Luamaya, Kinobody, and Luxusbetten24 and are responsible for over €3 million in ad spend per month.

Responsibilities

• You will manage your own client accounts and be responsible for their performance.
• You will plan, build, and optimize campaigns with budgets of up to €300,000 per month.
• You will develop strategies to acquire new customers for our brands.
• You will be the direct point of contact for your clients.

Qualifications

• You have professional experience in performance marketing, whether in Paid Social, Google Ads, Creative Strategy, or Online Marketing. We will teach you Google Ads.
• You have already managed accounts with a marketing budget of at least €15,000 per month.
• You understand the basics of Direct Response Marketing.
• You live in Munich or the surrounding area and speak German very well.

The salary range is market-oriented and based on what comparable colleagues earn with us. Where you ultimately fall within this range depends on your performance in the application process.
