Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation and optimization of performance campaigns (focus on Social Ads & Google Ads)
• Independent control of campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, optionally also on Reddit
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of campaigns regarding KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS etc.)
• Development of testing strategies (A/B-tests, creatives, landing pages) to increase performance
• Closely working with the marketing and sales team for lead generation (B2B SaaS environment)
• Reporting on ongoing campaigns

You bring

• 2-4 years of professional experience in performance marketing (B2B environment advantageous)
• Fundamental knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, possibly Video)
• Very good knowledge of Social Ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
• Experience with Reddit Ads is advantageous
• Experience with Hubspot
• Analytical thinking and safe handling of KPIs & tracking tools (e.g. GA4, HubSpot)
• Creative flair for addressing target groups and designing advertising materials
• Structured, self-responsible working style and high result orientation
• Very good German and English skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with additional channels (e.g. X, TikTok, programmatic advertising)
• Knowledge in conversion optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO as an addition
