As Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Creative Engineering, you will work directly with our Founder & CMO and be part of our Growth Core.

Your task: Develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives that perform, connecting creative ideas with performance thinking and learning how content can produce real results – from the first hook to conversion.

Aufgaben

🎯 Creative Engineering & Testing
You develop, test, and optimize ad creatives for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Co.) – with a focus on hooks, angles, storylines, formats, and clear performance goals.

🔬 Research & Creative Insights
You analyze customer feedback, reviews, ad comments, community chats, competitors, and trends and translate these insights into concrete test ideas and creative hypotheses.

✍️ Ad-Skripte & Briefings
You write performance-driven scripts for UGC-, Creator- and Founder-Ads and create clear briefings for:

• UGC Creator
• Influencer
• internal Video- & Editing-Ressourcen

🎬 Production & Shooting Support
You support shootings and productions – from preparation to setups to creative implementation and iteration.

📈 Performance-Analyse & Iteration
Together with the Media-Buying-Team, you analyze creative performance (e.g., CTR, CPA, Hook-Rate), derive learnings, and develop new iterations and test approaches.

🧠 Customer Journey & Funnels
You actively work on optimizing our customer journey with and help build direct-response funnels for new customers, retargeting, and existing customers.

🤖 AI & moderne Tools
You use AI tools and modern workflows for research, scripts, idea finding, and iteration – and have a desire to test new processes and further develop them.

Qualifikation

✅ Erste relevante Erfahrung
You have first-hand experience in the field of Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Creative Strategy, Ecommerce or Agency environment (practical experience counts explicitly).

🎯 Performance-Mindset
You think creatively, but understand that good creatives must deliver measurable results – clicks, conversions, and revenue.

✍️ Storytelling & Copy-Skills
You can structure ideas clearly, script them, and communicate them in a way that is easy to understand – from the hook to the CTA.

📊 Analytisches Verständnis
You have no fear of numbers and use performance data to develop better creatives.

🎥 Hands-on Mentalität
You like to get your hands dirty, think pragmatically, and feel at home in a rapidly growing environment.

📢 Sprachkenntnisse
Deutsch & Englisch fluently in word and writing.

🐾 Nice to have
On-camera experience, experience with UGC Ads, Creator-Marketing or AI-Tools.
