Aufgaben

• You plan, steer, and optimize cross-channel B2C performance campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, and ideally TikTok.
• You develop strategies for comprehensive marketing funnel optimization – from Awareness to Consideration to Conversion and Retention.
• You design and implement efficient conversion-tracking structures across all relevant channels.
• You analyze campaign performance and user behavior with tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI.
• You create informative dashboards and reportings, lead data-driven optimizations, and present your results to internal stakeholders.
• You develop and test targeted remarketing campaigns along the customer journey to reactivate and convert potential customers.
• You conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to systematically improve creatives, target pages, and funnel stages.
• You work closely with teams from Product, Sales, Design, and Data as well as agencies and external partners.
• You continuously monitor market trends, new platforms, algorithm changes, and best practices and lead innovations from there. You take over budget responsibility for your campaigns, keep KPIs in mind, and optimize along ROAS, CPA, and other target values.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of professional experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta Ads – ideally supplemented by experience with TikTok Ads.
• You bring fundamental knowledge in conversion tracking and ideally in the application of the Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• You are confident in handling web analytics and BI tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI.
• You understand funnel logic and have practical experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• You have experience in conceiving and implementing effective remarketing strategies.
• You work independently, data-driven, structured, and solution-oriented – with a high quality standard.
• You are communicative, team-oriented, and confident in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You know the common platform guidelines, data protection standards (e.g., DSGVO), and stay up to date in the rapidly changing marketing world.
