Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Junior bis Senior

Tasks

• Consultation, optimization, and expansion of online marketing activities for customers from various industries
• Planning, steering, and continuous optimization of paid media campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Tracking, web analysis, and data-based derivation of recommendations for our customers
• Development and implementation of cross-channel performance marketing strategies
• Closely working with our customers as well as independent customer project management – depending on experience also with strategic consulting
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and creating reports and presentations of the results
• Identifying new potential and trends in performance marketing and developing innovative optimization approaches

Qualification

• Possessiveness for performance marketing and digital growth
  First or more years of professional experience in online marketing – ideally in an agency, a company, or start-up
• First or more years of professional experience in performance marketing. For the entry (Junior) we require at least 1 year of full-time work experience.
• Knowledge in one or more areas such as SEA, Paid Social, SEO, tracking, or web analytics
• Experience with common tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and a structured and independent working style
• Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers and the team
• Motivation to take on responsibility and continuously develop professionally
