Aufgaben

You can look forward to

o Much design freedom: You build on the marketing department and bring your own ideas into play.

o Close collaboration with sales, product team, and consultants to drive growth holistically.

o Lead generation & campaign work: You plan, steer, and optimize multi-channel lead campaigns along the customer journey (funnel/lead management).

o Performance Marketing: You set up campaigns primarily on LinkedIn (optional also Meta/Google) and optimize them data-driven.

o Analysis & Optimization: You conduct ongoing performance analyses and A/B tests, and take measures accordingly.

o Tracking & Reporting: You set up a practical tracking system and prepare KPIs (Leads, Conversion Rate, CPL) in an overview.

Qualifikation

You should bring this with you

o Experience in online/performance marketing, ideally B2B/SaaS (HR reference is a plus).

o Good understanding of target groups, funnels, and conversion.

o Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, ideally supplemented by Google/Meta.

o Secure handling of analysis/marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics) as well as basic understanding of SEO/GEO.

o Structured, self-responsible work style, communication strength, and joy in teamwork.

o Very good German and good English skills.

Nice to have

o HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tool)

o Experience with video content

o WordPress, Elementor or other comparable tools

o Experience in copywriting & creating conversion-optimized texts.
