Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit am Standort Berlin

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (part-time), who implements creative campaigns and actively increases the visibility of the Academy. GOING PUBLIC! is a leading provider of training and further education for professionals and executives in the financial and insurance industry. Tasks

• Identification of successful patterns and systematic scaling of marketing measures
• Closely cooperating with sales to evaluate lead quality and influence on the sales pipeline
• Automating marketing and sales processes, as well as building efficient tracking and reporting structures
• Developing and steering a data-driven conversion architecture and testing strategy for landing pages
• Defining, analyzing, and continuously optimizing central marketing KPIs (e.g. CPL, Conversion Rate, marketing-attributed revenue)

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in marketing that focuses on revenue, pipeline, and sales performance
• Experience in building and structurally developing marketing setups
• Understanding of sales processes, lead quality, and their influence on the sales pipeline
• High affinity to AI, experience with marketing and analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), as well as ability to analyze causes
