Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are a young, ambitious start-up in the field of plant-based dog nutrition. Our goal: to make dog food as a brand visible in the online market, scalable and sustainable - without empty buzzwords, but with measurable results. Performance is not just a 'nice to have' at our company, but the engine for sales, reach, and trust.

Aufgaben

• Planning, implementation, and control of performance campaigns (mainly Meta Ads, optionally also TikTok) including budget management and scaling.
• Development of a clear creative strategy: which message works, which creatives perform - and why?
• Ongoing analysis and optimization based on relevant KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV etc.) including understandable reporting.
• Copywriting for ads and funnels: hooks, headlines, primary texts, landing page impulses - short, clean, and conversion-strong.
• Creation of performance graphics (e.g. Canva/Figma/Adobe - as long as you get strong creatives quickly implemented).
• Handling video editing software to build, test, and iterate simple video ads (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut).
• Structured testing process: hypothesize, scale winners, consistently stop losers.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce/D2C.
• Safe handling with Meta Ads Manager (mandatory) - you know how to start campaigns and profitably control them.
• A strong mix of analytical thinking and creative implementation: you can read numbers - and make better ads from them.
• Experience with creative strategy, testing structures, and scalable creative systems.
• Copywriting is your thing, and you can also create content & creatives yourself (graphic + basic editing).
• Self-sufficient, structured work style and clear prioritization: you don't work busy, but goal-oriented.
• You communicate directly, honestly, and solution-oriented - without drama or excuses.
