Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Google Ads & Search | E-Commerce

The DP Markets GmbH is a growing Berlin-based trading company in the field of Gastronomy-Großhandel, Verpackungen und Lebensmittel.

With our brands and platforms like Doppelpack and Dönersauce44, we supply gastronomy businesses, snack bars, and food concepts throughout Germany and increasingly also Europe-wide.

We sell our products through own e-commerce shops, stationary cash-and-carry markets, and a growing B2B-partner network.

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for further developing our Google Ads performance in B2B-e-commerce and ensuring that campaigns contribute measurably to growth.

You will work directly on the central levers of our online business.

Your tasks:

• Steering and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Development of keyword strategies along real purchase intentions in the B2B-gastronomy sector
• Identification and scaling of profitable campaigns and product segments
• Systematic testing of ads, assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Analysis of search terms, auction data, conversion data, and performance patterns
• Ensuring a clean tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Conversion Tracking)
• BUILDING transparent performance dashboards and KPI structures
• Ongoing identification of new growth potential in paid traffic

Qualifikation

You fit well with us if you …

• 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing / Google Ads bring
• Campaigns do not just manage, but actively optimize for profitability
• Experience with Search and/or Shopping campaigns
• You work very analytically and make data-based decisions
• You are interested in developing towards Senior Performance Marketing
• You have a desire to take on responsibility in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment
