Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Google Ads, Meta & TikTok | 100% Remote

Now we are bringing our Performance Marketing in-house.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for our Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max, Call Campaigns) with a monthly budget in the high five-figure range.

• You will manage bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), budgets, and campaign structure, and optimize for actual sales, not clicks.

• You will set up clean conversion tracking: Offline Conversions, Enhanced Conversions, and custom conversion actions. You will work closely with our developers on this.

• You will test and build new channels such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

• You will report weekly to management: Cost per Lead, Cost per Sale, ROAS.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience with Google Ads in your own responsibility (mandatory)

• Proficient in Smart Bidding, offline conversion uploads, and Google Tag Manager

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads is a big plus

• You think in numbers and results and enjoy working independently

• Very good German language skills
